You are welcome to join all the webinars during your subscription period and make immediate progress while you do so.
In the search for a fitting career beyond academia, you need to understand different career related topics. Such as understanding the work field, potential roles and identifying your purpose. Next to this, you also need to develop your transferable skills that help you get that job. Think of understanding your skills, networking, personal ‘branding’ and daring to fail. We cover the different topics that are needed for your success.
Each session lasts 1 hour and focuses on a key step in your transition beyond academia.
You get online coaching sessions where individual questions are handled and where we work together on your personal strategy. We have room and space to tackle your individual challenges and ambitions.
Throughout the program, the Career Swifters support team provides hands-on guidance. If questions, doubts, or challenges arise, you don’t have to navigate them alone.
You also receive self study assignments to apply what you learn directly to your own profile and career strategy.
